We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach in the agricultural sector.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our high-quality farm chemical inputs to agricultural businesses, farmers, and distributors. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with customers, generate new business, and increase sales revenue by effectively showcasing the benefits of our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential clients in the agricultural industry, including farmers, distributors, and cooperatives.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our micronutrient fertilizer products and educate customers on their benefits for crop yield improvement and soil health.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends; provide regular reports to the management team.
- Brand Representation: Represent 'Micro chemicals India' in the market and at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or fertilizer industry (but not mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of agricultural products, fertilizers, and micronutrient market trends (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
- Other: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
